Fixed Wiring Inspections – Electrical Installation Condition Report

Electrical fixed wiring inspection, often referred to as Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) or periodic inspection and testing, is a thorough examination and assessment of the electrical installations within a building. Its primary purpose is to ensure the safety of the electrical system, identify any potential hazards, and confirm its compliance with the current British Standard for electrical safety, BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).

As an NICEIC-approved contractor, we conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and perform minor electrical works, all in strict adherence to BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations). Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
